2 front squats, 1 squat clean
Every 2 minutes complete one set of the following

2 front squats(100-110% of 1rm Clean), 1 squat clean (90-95%)

*use separate bars if need be

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In 2 person teams

Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes complete the following

5 burpees (each)

Max rep snatch 135/95 (first 7 minutes)

or

Box jumps 30/24 (last 7 minutes)

Score=total number of box jumps +snatches
