Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
This is considered a scaled workout, while Chelsea will be Rx, only do Chelsea if you can move through the movement quickly, If you fail at Chelsea early on then go to cindy , if you do Cindy pull ups and ring rows are the options.

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes: 5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
This should only be for the advance athlete, buckle up and don’t complain!!
