increase weight each set work to a heavy 2 reps

Push Press (5-5-5-5-5)

dynamic effort , warm up with a few set and do all 5 working sets at 70-80% of 1rm

5 front squats 165/105

10 bar facing burpees
move quick, treat this like a open wod, use the row as recovery and get the burpees unbroken . Rx + 185/115
