Strict Toes-To-Bar (5-5-5-5-5)

5 sets 5 reps slow and controlled, or do slow knees to arm pit for a scale

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Tabata 20 second on 10 seconds rest 8 rounds on each movement

Handstand hold

box jumps 24/20

med ball cleans 20/14

situps with hands behind head

handstand pushups( kipping allowed)

squat cleans 95/65
