Strict Toes-To-Bar (5-5-5-5-5)
5 sets 5 reps slow and controlled, or do slow knees to arm pit for a scale
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Tabata 20 second on 10 seconds rest 8 rounds on each movement
