Set 1:Max strict pull ups in 1 set (no band-use negatives)
Set 2:Max strict pull ups in 1 set with light band
Set 3:Max strict pull ups in 1 set with medium band
Set 4: As many strict pull ups or negatives that you can do in the remaining 10 minutes(you can break this one up into sets, but NO BAND)
