-Make sure to complete plenty of warm up sets
-All 3 working sets should be at the same weight
15 min
3 minutes to complete 1 round: x5 rounds
15 barbell overhead squats
15 dual kb swings
30 BW walking lunges
*Rest after round is completed, wait for timer
