Heel drops (ea.) <-challenge the height -Stack plates or use low box
-Start on top of the box

-Slightly hinge back

-Slowly and controlled drop and tap heel only

Monday

3 minutes to complete 1 round: x5 rounds

15 dual kb FR squats

15 dual kb swings

30 BW walking lunges

*Rest after round is completed, wait for timer

4 Rounds: 10 min cap

1 min glute bridge

15 weighted hip thrusts (use any equipment)
