Gymnastics
turkish get-up (5×3 each arm )
Spend 15-20 minutes total
-in between each set, perform one max unbroken set of strict pull ups, ring rows, or an “attempt” at the peg board
Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Spend 10 minutes MAX
-work on accomplishing as high as possible an unbroken set of double unders. 5-10 attempted sets, depending on skill
Gymnastics
Lying Leg drops (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds)
perform the 20 seconds for max reps
perform the 10 seconds with feet held at 6 inches above the grounds
*rest as needed
