10 90/90 hip mobility

2 sets:

25ft Hamstring scoop stretch

25ft lateral lunges

25ft Psoas lunge

25ft quad stretch

25ft high knees

25ft butt kickers

25ft inchworm+ push up

2-4-6-8-10 reps for time of:

Wall-walks

Shuttle runs

– 1 shuttle run is 25 ft out and 25 ft back.
Goal: 7-13:00 minutes (15 min cap)

Sub wall walks for inchworms with a push-ups. Want to make it more challenging (RX+) and have access to DBs/KBs? Sub wall walks for Man makers (Burpee + Renegade row + double DB snatch/clean and jerk)!
