10 ring dips
20 second Knee tuck or Lsit on Pbars

For quality perform a 13 minute ladder of the following
1 Turkish Getup each arm 35/18
2 muscle up
2 TGUs each arm
4 muscle ups
3 TGUs each arm
6 muscle ups
Continue as high as possible in time
