General Warm-up
Squat Clean (Find a 1RM Clean (20 min)
Every 3:30 until failure
2 Burpee Box Jumps*
1 Squat Clean starting at 75%
*Jump POWERFULLY to any height.
Add 5-15lbs per round until failure, aiming to find a max in 7-10 lifts. )
