General Warm-up

7 Kettlebell Swings

7 Goblet Squats

4 Get Overs

Run 500m

2 Squat Cleans 225/155lbs

16 Get Overs 30-40″

2 Squat Clean 225/155lbs

Do not exceed 80% of your 1RM Clean.

You MUST remove your hands from the box/blocks between reps. (Do NOT rebound your get-overs.)

*if space is limited, regular BJO and/or sharing equipment will be necessary
