Deadlift (3,3,3,3,3)

Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps of the following, with a clean grip, no mix:

-one halting deadlift taken to the knees

-one additional touch and go deadlift (performed as fast as possible)

* each set should contain 6 total reps

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 minute AMRAP

-15 Kettlebell swings 53/35

-30 AB mat sit ups

-15 OH lunges 45/25
