20 Spiderman Lunges

:30 Dead Hang

5 Inchworm Walk-outs

2:00 Bike

*May use any order of machines

Every 2 Minutes for 30 Minutes, rotating machines:

– Row

– Ski

– Bike

Work for 1:20, rest for :40, rotating until 15 rounds (5 on each machine) are complete.

3:00 Mobility

Rotate through as many modalities as you can, excluding running but not walking. Pace should feel very very easy, but elicit a nice sweat to aid in your mobility routine.
