15 Ring Rows > 10 Burpees > 5 Burpee Pull Ups (R1>R2>R3)

10 Air Squats > Empty Bar Front Squats (R1/2 > R3)

Start between 60 and 70% for your set of 10 with the goal of going heavier each set.

Drop and reset all reps – Flirt with fatigue without taking any chances on missing a rep. This is not for time. If you don’t know your percentages, don’t worry about it. We just want to keep reps in the every :05-:10 range.
