General Warm-up

5:00 machine

At 1:30 & 3:00 perform 8 KB Taters

Tight class today- keep warmup short and sweet!

Squat Clean (Find a 1RM Clean (20 min)

Every 3:30 until failure
2 Burpee Box Jumps*
1 Squat Clean starting at 75%

*Jump POWERFULLY to any height.

Add 5-15lbs per round until failure, aiming to find a max in 7-10 lifts. )

AMRAP 4:30 x 4 (25:30 min) (4 Rounds for reps)

Rest 2:30 Between AMRAPs

We love negative splits a lot more than we love the opposite. Use the projected finish screen on the rower to try and log an extra calorie or two each round. If round 1 is slightly uncomfortable, you’ll be able to make that happen in the next 3.
