Like the front squats, the homestrech is just around the corner.
Warm up and complete these sets within 15 min.

4 Rounds for Time:
30 Double Unders
7 Hang Squat Snatch (115/75)(75/55)
10 Bar Facing Burpees

A rather techincal workout which will challenge your lungs.
Double Unders: modify to 30 seconds practice.
Hang Squat Snatch: Bar starts on the ground, for the first rep, snatch grip deadlift to the top, then set into the Hang (above knee) position. Make sure to have bar in line with shoulders, hips and knees at the top.
No lateral burpees.
