A relatively short workout but also with a very heavy push jerk. Spend plenty of time warming up for this, the goal will be a weight which you can do all 10 the first set, and at least half the second.

Chin-ups (10-10-10)
Underhand grip pull up

Accessory work post workout, 3 sets of 10 chin ups, this number is somewhat arbitrary pick a number which challenges you, but don’t fry yourself.

This is superset with either hanging strict straight legged vups (5) or a 1 Min Hollow Hold on the ground.
