Metcon (Weight)
Clean Complex
Squat Clean + Front Squat + Hang Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats

Every 2 Min for 10 Min

Following general warm up and briefing, you will have 10 Min to warm up into starting weight, climb over the 5 sets.

Handstand Hold (Max reps)
15 Min work on establishing a true handstand hold either with the wall as a spotter or someone else. The focus is a tight midline, legs together, glutes, hamstrings, quads contracted. Once established then begin to walk, so long as the legs and midline are maintained.
