Power Clean (3-3-3-3-3)
Following warm up to initial starting weight, athletes can climb for all sets or perform all sets at a higher weight.
Rest 2 Min between sets, does not have to be touch and go.

A classic CrossFit Benchmark, this workout should be completed 9 min or less.
Deadlift weight should be one you can move for 15 reps before stopping, remember, intensity is the goal, not weight. Let’s not sacrifice that because of a number on a bar.
