Rx Plus is 70/53 AND Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups. Do not go up if this will compromise your intensity, Rx plus should be unbroken swings and Chest 2 bar pull ups.

A play on the classic benchmark "Helen" we are pushing the engine work today with long runs. Aim for the run to be 6/7 Min or less. Use the rest to shake out the forearms and be ready to attach each round.
