Squat Clean (3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1)
Like last Monday (sorry just fell this way).
Every 90 Seconds perform the indicated number of squat cleans. You should be warmed up to start around 65% and climb from there. The goal is to be pushing near max at the end of the singles while still executing amazing lift mechanics. We will be repeating this for the next 3-4 weeks, track your numbers.

Front Squat (5-5-5)
right after the clean ladder we will proceed into accessory front squats from the rack. Sets of 5 mean weights should be in the 75-80% here. Try to move weight.
