Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a running 35 Min Clock:

2,000/1,750 m Row
Then with remaining time:
3 Rope Climbs
15 Deadlifts 225/135
10 Strict HSPU
15/12 Cal Bike

A longer piece today kicking off with a large row. We haven’t done a 2k in a long time. Please approach this row aggressive, you don’t need to PR your time, but look to knock it out.

We only have 3 ropes, please be considerate of others, if you are resting, move out of the way so others can get int. You can sub the rope climb with pull ups or feet on a box ring rows.

The deadlift weight shouldn’t be "heavy" think like "Diane" able to move them quickly.
