Take these a little heavier than last week. You might be surprised with the challenge given the dips from yesterday. This was intentional, but push through, it’s going to pay off in the end.

A repeat workout, those who remember know this is not an easy one. The Power Clean should be a weight you can get at least 3-4 as "touch and go", the HSPU can be done as kipping.

Note on "Rx" HSPU when using an abmat, there should be weights set alongside the ab mat to be level across the top.
