In this workout, partner one will start, once they complete one round, then partner 2 will go and vice versa until the 9 min is up. Reduce weight and modify to keep each round quick.

Curtis P = Power Clean, Lunge R leg, Lunge L Leg, Push Press

Cluster = Squat Clean + Thruster

Score is done per round.
Rx+ is 70/50 on the Devils Press AND + 115/75 on barbell.

You can start wherever, but must follow the progression aka if you start on Clusters, the next AMRAP is Devils Press then Curtis P’s.
